Royal Schiphol Group is an airport management company headquartered in the Netherlands, with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol as its main airport.

The company is an independent and commercial enterprise that has a shareholding structure as below:

  • The Dutch State: 129,880 A shares (69.77%)
  • Municipality of Amsterdam: 37,276 A shares (20.03%)
  • Municipality of Rotterdam: 4,099 A shares (2.20%)
  • Treasury shares due to the end of The HubLink cooperation agreement between Aéroports de Paris (ADP) and Royal Schiphol Group (RSG) on November 2021: 14,892 B shares (8.00%)

In the Netherlands, it is the owner and operator of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Lelystad Airport. In addition, Royal Schiphol Group holds a 51% stake in Eindhoven Airport, and a 40% stake in Maastricht Aachen Airport. It also has a strategic partnership with Groningen Airport Eelde.

Outside the Netherlands, it has co-ownership with Delta Airlines of the operator in Terminal 4 of JFK International Airport and holds a 20.13% and 35%  equity stake in Brisbane Airport and Hobart International Airport respectively. It has a management Contract in Aruba Airport and a strategic partnership with South Korea's Incheon Airport.
