Grupo Aeroportuario Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V (OMA) is a Mexican airport operator headquartered in San Pedro, near Monterrey, Mexico. It operates 13 airports in the northern and central states of Mexico, including that of Monterrey, one of Mexico’s biggest cities.

In December 2022, VINCI Airports finalised the acquisition of Fintech’s stake in OMA for a total amount of US$1.17bn, thereby becoming the largest shareholder in OMA.
