The Vienna Airport Group is the operator of Vienna International Airport which serves the capital city of Vienna in Austria. Through Flughafen Wien AG, it has been listed on the Austrian Stock Exchange since 1992. Shareholders of the company include the Province of Lower Austria (20,0%), the City of Vienna (20.0%), the Private Employee Participation Foundation (10.0%) and Airports Group Europe S.à r.l (43.44%). The remaining shares are free-float.
