CCR Airports Set Sights on Growing Concession Business at Home and Abroad

August 10, 2019 CCR Airports, a subsidiary of CCR Group – is a special-purpose infrastructure concession company based in São Paulo, Brazil, currently invested four airports in Latin America; Quito (UIO), Ecuador, San Jose (SJO), Costa Rica, Curacao (CUR) and Confins – Belo Horizonte (CNF), Brazil.  In addition, CCR Airports acquired a 70% interest in Total Airport Services (TAS) in 2015 – an airport ground handling company based in Spring, Texas, USA. Collectively, CCR’s airport portfolio handled more than 27m passengers and roughly 300,000 aircraft movements. CCR Airports have been recognized for operational excellence through various award and certification programs including UIO which has earned the 2019 Skytrax Regional Airport Rating for Best Regional Airport in South America.  At the same time, UIO has maintained a 4-Star Skytrax rating for a fourth year in a running, as well as Best Airport Staff in South America for a third year in a row.   CNF was also recognized as the first Brazilian airport to reach the mapping level from the Airport Carbon Accreditation Program of Airport Council International.
