According to its Corporate Plan published in February 2023, ACSA expects total passengers to surpass the pre-COVID levels in the year ended March 2027.

With an expected recovery to pre-pandemic passenger volumes in 2026, ACSA has now reevaluated its capital investment programme and recommenced some of the suspended expansion projects, while starting its digitalization programme.

In the year ended March 2023, ACSA’s airports handled an estimated 26.6 million passengers, which was 26.1% higher than that generated in the same period in the previous year. However, the passenger throughput at ACSA’s airports in the year ended March 2023 continued to be much lower than the 41.7 million passengers generated before the COVID-19 pandemic.
