Ardian (formerly Axa Private Equity) is a France-based, independent private equity investment company, founded and managed by Dominique Senequier. It  manages assets worth US$150 billion in Europe, North America and Asia, and has fifteen offices around the world. In November 2024, Ardian sold its stake in 2i Aeroporti to Asterion Industrial Partners. In December 2024, Ardian announced that it had completed the acquisition of a 22.6% stake in FGP Topco Ltd (TopCo), the holding company for Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd, from Ferrovial SE and certain other TopCo shareholders.
