Overview

Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (AIC), the infrastructure arm of the Aboitiz Group, has grown into a major Philippine airport operator. Its entry began with full control of Mactan-Cebu International Airport in 2024, establishing its presence in aviation. In 2019, it proposed to manage Laguindingan Airport and, after winning the concession, officially assumed operations in April 2025. Soon after, in June 2025, AIC also took over the Bohol-Panglao International Airport under a 30-year concession. With these three airports, AIC strengthens regional connectivity and passenger experience, cementing its role as a key player in the country’s transport infrastructure.
