Overview

Overview

Sep. 2019 – The gov’t of El Salvador, through the Autonomous Executive Port Commission (CEPA) and Export and Investment Promotion Agency of El Salvador (PROES), launched a public tender for financing, design, expansion, construction, equipment, maintenance and operation of the SAL cargo terminal. The project is structured in two steps, Phase 1 being focused on the existing cargo terminal/infrastructure and Phase 2 on new cargo terminal infrastructure. The project budget is USD11.8m for Phase 1 and USD43.8m for Phase 2. Bid submissions must include letters of intent from lenders confirming ability to finance ~70% of the project’s capital cost. The selected proponent will have 15 years to double the cargo terminal handling to 52,000 tonnes/year and a further 20 years once volumes reach 46,000 tonnes/year, increasing capacity to 73,000 tonnes/year.

It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
